If within 24 hours you find a lower average nightly rate through another travel booking engine for the same La Quinta Inn or La Quinta Inn and Suites property, date of stay, number of night(s), room type, and number of guests, access our online claim form to take advantage of our Guaranteed Best Rates.

3. If we can confirm the lower rate is available and bookable on another travel website, our Guaranteed Best Rates team will change your nightly room rate to match the competing website's nightly rate and we will contact you to confirm your new rate.

Terms & Conditions:
To take advantage of our Guaranteed Best Rates the following terms and conditions apply:
  • 1) You must have already booked a reservation on with a check in date that is at least 72 hours after the booking and have a valid confirmation number.
  • 2) The lower average nightly rate you are submitting a claim for must be for the same accommodations at the same hotel for the same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests and same room type.
  • 3) You must submit a claim via within 24 hours of the reservation made on
  • 4) The Guaranteed Best Rates offer does not apply to:
    • a. Rates from "opaque" websites. An opaque website is a site that prevents the consumer from viewing any information about the hotel rooms the consumer is booking until after the consumer guarantees payment. The information that is not provided to the consumer on an opaque website includes rates, name of hotel, address of hotel, brand identity of the hotel or any other information that may reveal the hotel's identity. Examples of opaque websites are and
    • b. Packaged rates, including, but not limited to, hotel accommodations sold as part of a travel package where the hotel does not provide for all the services in the package (i.e. a hotel stay that is part of a package that includes other components such as air travel, car rental, entertainment, restaurant vouchers, etc.).
    • c. Unpublished rates that are not available to the general public including, but not limited to, special negotiated rates, corporate discount rates, group rates or conference/meeting rates.
    • d. Any rates that require membership such as AAA rates, AARP rates, affinity programs, or other organizations where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
    • e. Bookings that are not made on
    • f. Reservations made within 72 hours of the check in date.
    • g. Taxes, tariffs or fees imposed by any governmental authority (i.e. federal, state or local).
    • h. Gratuities, service charges, early departure fees or other fees and incidental charges.
  • 5) For multiple night stays, the Guaranteed Best Rate will apply to the total room cost for your entire stay as booked on as compared to the total room cost for your entire stay at the competitive property. You may not submit more than one claim for a multiple night stay.
  • 6) We reserve the right to modify or cancel our Guaranteed Best Rates offer and these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Further, we reserve the right to discontinue our Guaranteed Best Rates offer to any customer that we believe is using the offer inconsistent with these terms and conditions or local, state or federal laws, rules, ordinances, regulations or statutes.
  • 7) We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to determine the validity of any claim.
  • 8) The Guaranteed Best Rate is void where prohibited by law.
