A Resort Fee of $30.00 per Casita per night (subject to 14.92% tax) is a mandatory charge and is included in the point redemption amount. The Resort Fee includes a daily newspaper, nightly turndown service, valet parking, all cash gratuities for bellstaff, housekeepers, on-property drivers, pool attendants, concierge and all other service personnel (excluding food and beverage gratuities). This nightly service charge also includes a daily membership to the Golden Door Spa. This membership allows access to the locker room and all the amenities, full use of the weight room and cardio room, access to the sauna, steam room and O'Furo, Golden Door Spa pool area, Niwa, Labyrinth and access to the Golden Door Spa Cafe (excludes treatments and classes).

Cancellations must be made at least 7-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax.

Additional nights may be reserved without the use of Returns points, however rates are determined by the individual resort and are subject to change at any time. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
