A daily service charge of $11.10 per adult per day ($10.00 service charge + 11% state tax) is a mandatory charge to each guest of the resort and not included in the point redemption amount. The daily service charge includes the use of the fitness center, beach services and daily newspaper delivery.

Cancellations must be made at least 14-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to two night's room and tax or forfeiture of the point redemption amount from your Returns account.

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made through the Returns Service Center.
