A La Quinta traveler |
We stayed here attending a family function. Was close to interstate, bed was sooo comfy, room clean, and we enjoyed the pool and spa!
Price was unbelievably reasonable given the quality! If you're looking for a great hotel with great price, this one is it!
We stayed here on our trip to Las Vegas and on our way back home. This is the best pet friendly motel we have ever stayed at. No pet fee, just a waiver to sign. After check in, they actually called our room to see if everything was ok with our room. Great rooms both times, great towels, very clean, very quiet and inexpensive. I have paid almost twice as much for less at other places. This La Quinta motel is outstanding.
We stopped in ABQ for the night on our cross country trip and La Quinta was where we chose to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. A bit of a hassle getting to our room with all the renovations going on but we didn't really mind as it is a sign of better things to come for the property. Weird creepy cupboard thing in the room under the coffee maker though. It's like the interior designers didn't know what to do with old furniture/appliances when coupled with new things.. THAT person should have been fired IMO.

Traveling with family and pets you can always count on La Quinta! Our room was really nice but the TV didnt work. I know this is silly but after traveling you want some news and relaxation. I called the front desk and they came up twice and even offered to call the cable company but the net net was NO TV! They didnt offer to move me to another room ...said they didnt have anything and when I asked for an adjustment on my room rate I got a whole $7 taken off my bill. Really?? The other issue with this hotel is its ON the freeway...so its very very loud unless you run the AC on high all night. Bring ear plugs. I would probably stay here again but make sure that everything in the room works before I unpack and make sure that I get a room away from the Freeway and cross my fingers. There is a Hampton across the street but they dont take pets and the room rate was $30/night more. I booked 3 rooms and that adds up!
Rooms are looking nice and it's a typical LaQuinta. Renovations this time made using one of the elevators difficult but overall an OK place to stay. Free breakfast isn't anything to write home about but it's free and convenient.
