Pleasantly surprised at the wonderful value for the moderate price in a corporate higher end neighborhood. Tremendous service with very warm, friendly and competent young desk staff. All was good with no disappointments. The Steak n Shake next door for 24 hour eats was a bonus as well
We have stayed at this hotel several times when seeing concerts at Encore Park. The area is convenient for dining and getting to & from the concerts. The hotel experience is a little above average. Our room was clean and the rate is affordable. The microwave & fridge are convenient. The internet connection is very poor; almost dial-up speed. On our most recent visit, we had extremely loud neighbors who blared the TV at all hours, obviously yelled at each other when they talked, and had an uncontrollable screaming child. Needless to say we didn't get much rest.
I stay at LaQuinta Northpoint several times every year when visiting family. The place is pretty, clean, affordable, well-located off the 400, the staff is helpful and friendly, and breakfast is a treat (though I wish they'd add bacon and scrambled eggs). All in all, a great value for travelers, and I'm up and down the east coast and eastern Canada. I have yet to stay at a better place for the buck.
After having issues with the Hyatt Place in Alpharetta, we booked a suite at the La Quinta. Stayed three nights with our chihuahua while visiting the parents and meeting our newest grandson.
Housekeeping crew was patient as we were slow to go out each morning, Front desk persons always had a friendly smile and asking to help.
Although we were next to the elevator, we never heard it, or other people for that matter.
Location was quiet, not easy to find at first, but convenient to GA 400. Lots of stores, shops and restaurants in the area.
Will stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta.
I was visiting family in Atlanta along with my 13 yr old dog. Motel is very clean. I was put in a room on the first floor that made it easy for doggy runs. I didn't go to breakfast so can't comment on that. I (a single 57yr old lady) felt perfectly safe in the parking lot and the area in general. Will stau here again.
