Room was clean, comfortable, and quite. Convenient to the mall and downtown. And best of all, they are pet friendly. I do not like that I must type the required number of characters for my review to be completed.

I just finished a 11 week stay at this hotel. I had no problems at all with the staff, hotel, and even the grounds. I really do no now what this person below me is talking about. All the staff especially Megan, were great, every helpful, very polite, ready and willing to be at your beck and call. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. the breakfast needs a little more veriety, but that is the corporations desitions not the staff. This guy must have been a head case, and talked to them in a very rude manner so he got the same treatment and did not like it. I honestly did not experience any thing of what he is saying. this was my 4th stay this year.

The girl at the front desk was obviously having a bad day because she barely even greeted me upon my arrival and she had a frown on her face during the entire check-in process. She was rude and unpleasant. I had also requested a late check-out of just 1 hour and the gentleman at the front desk was very unhelpful and insensitive to my request. He shared with me that the hotel was short-staffed and that was the reason I couldn't be given a late check out. The hotel being short-staffed is not a customer problem...that is a hotel scheduling issue...period. Additionally...I have stayed at many La Quinta Inn's, even this one before on separate occasions and the food was the worst that I have ever experienced. My son had a waffle and I had a frozen sausage biscuit, which are typically pretty hard to screw up, but the food tasted horrible and the presentation was completely unappealing. My suggestions to improve this hotel? Find pleasant and helpful workers. Additonally, find a better source for your breakfast selections and make the surroundings more appealing. The tables were filthy, the food below sub-par and any positive effort in presentation was completely lacking. Also...this is a pet-friendly hotel. Please make sure that the dog poop is cleaned up off the floors inside the building. Walking into a hotel side entrance that has dried dog poop that no one bothered to clean up is completely unacceptable. I have stayed at very nice La Quinta Inns...but this one my friend needs great improvement!

This is our second stay(of three nights) and we will be back in August for three more. The rooms are clean and good sized. Refrigerators that keep drinks really cold and hot relaxing showers. The breakfast bar is better than most..... a good selection. The location is convenient to the Mall and some local attractions. Lots of pillows and the beds are comfortable.

recently traveled to Raleigh for a dog activity and stayed at this La Quinta. My room was spacious and clean. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave, the, staff was friendly, small dog exercise area was stocked with bags and trash container, breakfast was fine. For the price I thought it was a Great value (I travel a lot with my dog(s) and will definitely stay here in the future.)
