Petfriendly hotel, lot of shops near to the hotel, nice building, nice rooms, you can use computer with printer for free, clean bathroom, friendly personal. We really enjoyed our stay, lot of parking lots, different entries, so you can park near to your room.
This place is one of the most beautiful facilities I have ever seen. I had a very nice, clean, and safe experience with good service from polite, professional caring staff. I will certainly come back to this facility when needed. I give 5 stars *****
The rooms are clean and spacious in this conveniently located hotel, only two minutes off of I20 in Fort Worth TX. WIFI is available for all guests, in all rooms, at no extra charge. There is a small pool and an basic health center for workouts. Complimentary breakfast is also nice, with a respectable offering of items for a simple yet solid morning meal. However, the part of the stay that was most impressive was the customer service. I needed to print out a few pages and make copies for a presentation, and the staff accommodated my request with remarkable efficiency. When I asked how much I owed them, the manager said that there was no charge. In an era when some hotels "nickel and dime" you for every little thing, La Quinta stands out as THE go to location for the business or vacation traveler on a budget.
Hotel location is very close to mall/shopping/ highway. Nice upgraded tv. Asked for a late checkout and was told 1:00. Housekeeping knocked on the door twice before noon. Tried to load up the car and discovered my key had already stopped working. When I went to the front desk they gave me another key without checking my ID or verifying any information. I was very upset! What if someone else had asked for a key to my room and broken in ???
My stay has always been wonderful everyone is so helpful I am handicapped the staff has be out standing. You ask for any thing and you will receive it with in min. I will tell everyone that is going to Fort Worth stay at the La Quinta 4900 Bryant Irvin Blvd Fort Worth, Texas
