Stayed 4 nights at this location. I try to avoid most La Quintas if possible, but this one is how they all should be. I stayed in one of the suites and it is as nice as any hotels. My room was spacious and clean, it even had a large entry area. The only complaint about this location is a common one for all La Quintas, the breakfast is pretty basic. Still for the price, it can't be beat.

We visit the Denver area 4 to 5 times a year and always stay at the La Quinta Inn, Tech Center, Clinton St. This property is very well maintained, a well trained and friendly staff at a very good price. Keep in mind, there are two La Quintas in the Tech Center. Make sure you stay at the La Quinta on Clinton St.

I live in the Springs and was seeing an evening concert at Red Rocks but had an early flight out of DEN the next morning. Was looking for a nice, reasonably priced hotel near I-25 and 470. Everything was great and as expected.

We have stayed at this La Quinta several times. It is a excellent value, just off of I25. Very quiet, close to Ikea and Park Meadows Mall. Great restaurants nearby. Friendly staff We use this location as our base for all Denver visits.

I thought I was seeing things as I was checking in but this very dirty man came in from the street carrying worn out dirty plastic bags, filthy and disheveled and made his way into a room! I asked the front desk clerk if I was imagining that and he explained that they have several street people who stay there regulary. He "proudly" explained that they either collect enough money from their street pandling or the Greenwood Police will sometimes take these people off the street and pay for them (with my tax money I'm sure) to get a room. I was shocked and sickened by this and immediately started to itch. I asked the clerk if they were aware of the risks they were exposing their other paying guests and housekeeping staff to with this gesture, but he didn't seem aware of them or concerned. I told him there were plenty of shelters and organizations throughout Denver Metro area that could provide temporary housing for them, why ruin their hotel and scare away other paying guests. He did not seem to get it and kept gloating about how nice they were enough to make me take my credit card out of his hand and declare that I was not going to pay good money to relax in a place where I was being exposed to such harmful elements as lice and god knows what else they were carrying, no thanks! Not for me!! You really want to help these people, enable them to earn a life not give them a nice hotel room!
