This hotel is a very good value with outstanding employees. The pool area is very nice. There is a small fitness room and a very nice continental breakfast .Bagels that look and taste like bakery not package along with hot waffles. Nice 32 inch tv and a recliner in the room. Numerous food outlets and gas stations walking distance fron this hotel. Not very far from the airport. We will stay here again.

Beds are amazing, tv's very new, restrooms need some remodeling but very clean. Staff was excellent only problem i had was with the room keys be prepared to make extra stops to the front desk and end up with 3 or 4 cards. Breakfast was okay they should honestly upgrade to hot breakfast and location is excellent I-95 is right around the corner literally. Overall.a good stay and experience definitely would go back, staff is full of awesome and friendly young people!

Staff is always helpful! Rooms always clean and comfortable! Rates are reasonable! Always treated like part of the family. Most of the time I am out of the hotel before the breakfast time, but when I get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, It is very good with a lot of variety.

This was my first experience with a La Quinta. This hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well staffed. The hotel was convenient - easy in and easy out - and had plenty of parking. I will stay at La Quinta Inns again in the future.

I had to work for a week in Fort Lauderdale, and wanted something convenient to the work location. La Quinta is finishing a renovation of this property, so we thought we'd give it a shot. We reserved a smoking suite on the web site and confirmed it through the 800 reservations number. Upon arrival, we were informed that their suites were all non-smoking. After 10 minutes on the phone with reservations, we were told that nothing could be done. We accepted a downgrade to a standard smoking room. The room was reasonably sized for a standard and the furnishings were decent. The front desk staff is very friendly and at least tries to address issues, but there are just too many issues. The wireless internet connection is poor, when it works at all (about 50% of the time). The management did credit us $50 after our 6th or 7th complaint. The refrigerator wasn't working - the maintenance guy eventually figured out that the coils were frozen over. He got it working - sort of. It cooled our drinks but they never really got cold. Housekeeping did not sweep, mop, or wipe anything. One day they didn't even empty ashtrays. Another day they left clean towels but also left the soiled ones. The bathtub was in need of a good scrubbing. The property offers a free breakfast (as do many other chains), but this one was lacking. The only hot offerings besides coffee are waffles and instant oatmeal (mix it yourself, of course). A smile or greeting from the breakfast attendant would have helped, but she was downright surly. At least there is a McDonalds next door....
