Great hotel and location. Clean rooms, excellent staff and Messina"s restaurant with very reasonable prices conveniently located on premises . I would definitely stay there each time I come to visit family .
This hotel is having work done so there were several construction workers staying but they caused no problem. Several areas looked old but for the most part everything was clean. The check in was quick and polite. They have a bar and grill on site with a happy hour. One thing I noticed when walking through the hallway to our room you could hear televisions and there were several people talking loudly, but once we went into the room we could hear nothing of any of it. That was a big plus. They have the typical generic breakfast. The coffee was very good though. While this would not be my first choice for a long stay it is fine for an overnight.
The hotel is in a great location and easy to access. It is under construction, so there is considerable noise if you get the before 6pm. The rooms were clean and remodeled and everyone was very friendly. My only complaint is that the shower did not work and the bath did not drain. I would consider staying here again, but only if there was nothing else in its price range.
From the beginning to the end of my stay the service was exceptional. Location to downtown New Orleans was 10 min away. You could tell by the way we were greeted at the front desk that We made a good choice about this hotel.Hotel was very clean, close to the airport and very reasonable. Will stay again
We were very pleased with the clean room, quick check-in and complimentary breakfast. I really liked the make-your-own waffles. Delicious! Bed was comfortable and the decor was fresh and updated. We would definitely stay here again if back in New Orleans.
