"GREAT!!!!!!!!"

Enjoyed our 2 stays in March 2013, starting with the staff at the front desk greeting us, each time we came or left the hotel or needed something extra in our room. The excellent HOT breakfast each morning (even had a waffle iron in the shape of Texas). Also, enjoyed our rooms and helpful assistance we received from housekeeping.
Didn?t have a chance to use the pool, but wish we would have been able to enjoy the amazing indoor pool.
This is a pet friendly hotel and did see dogs in the hotel, however never heard them.
We will stay at this hotel again.
Our family spent 3 nights at this hotel. We extended our stay because it was so convenient to get to the Alamo and family attractions. The front desk suggested we take the city transit system direct service to downtown. We walked to the bus and arrrived downtown as fast as we could have driven our selves.
This was our second trip and we know the problem and expense of parking downtown.
My family really enjoyed the huge indoor pool. They let us swim at 10:30 pm after we return from Seaworld.
The hotel tell staff was also very friendly and helped with information on getting around San Antonio.

Stayed there for doctors visit for the next day. The hotel was nice and it was in a good location from my doctors office. The area the hotel was in was very congested but it was what we needed being close to the doctors office. The desk clerks were very good especially the one that checked us in very cheerful. The breakfast was a plus it wasn't that great but it wasn't bad either. I would recommend it if you need to stay in that area but not for a vacation stay unless your idea of a vacation is being right smack in the middle of the traffic.
"Disappointed with Customer Service and Housekeeping"

I won't get into lengthy details but beware. #1 - don't leave anything behind, you'll never see it again; regardless if housekeeping was the only group to enter your room after you left. #2 - pad lock your door, staff doesn't know how to read the DND sign and walked in on me about to change clothes for church. #3 - check that everything works in the room BEFORE you unpack (tv, phone, a/c!) and #4 - ask if there is a teenager/kids event going on while you are staying and ask to be FAR, FAR AWAY. Rooms were clean but the breakfast food was the worst I've had at any LaQuinta.
It was all great. We checked into a fresh room, unpacked and headed out. We were so close to everything and it was great to be able to walk to shop and to not have to get in the car to get to a restaurant. The Breakfast was really good but our favorite part was the Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Everyone was really nice.
