"Great hotel, friendly to kids & dogs"

This is a clean hotel with friendly employees and decent sized-rooms. It had a lot of great features: an outdoor pool and hot tub, well-stocked with towels; a nice wooden playground for the kids; picnic tables for outdoor meals; a pen or wooden corral for dogs; and a large (huge) breakfast area, which made it easy to get food and find a seat. I would definitely say here again.

"Excellent accomodations"
5 of 5 stars Reviewed Aug 22, 2014

Our room was very clean and well furnished with a microwave, little fridge and coffee maker. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast bar was incredible, beyond the usual cereal and toast, with scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, real oatmeal and more. A great start to any active day and only a 10 minute drive to Arches. I'd return for sure, and now will check out La Quinta Inns for future travels.

"Keys don't work, access doors don't unlock, excuse is fix it later"
2 of 5 stars Reviewed Aug 21, 2014

Booked a room at $150+/night, requested 1st floor, got 2nd floor, OK; Those are the breaks. Drug all the luggage up to 2nd floor, keys didn't work. Schlepped back down to desk, asked for new keys, was told we had to go to a new room, even FARTHER away from elevator (very last room at end of hall). Wa reassured that this would be "more convenient" as we could use stairway. OK. Went to dinner, parked at end of hotel, carried the remainder of luggage to back door, and guess what? Keys would not open back door. Schlepped back to front desk, was told, "we've been having trouble with the back door. Asked for ground level room near front door; no could do. Given new keys. Worked on room door, only worked intermittently on outside door. Stay anywhere else you can in Moab. Far away from main tourist part of town. Only positive thing was hotel was pet friendly.

This hotel is in a great location to everything. Close to restaurants and attractions. Our room was very spaces and very clean. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of traveling and it was very hot. The breakfast was very nice. The fitness room was great. We didn't use the WiFi.

"Nice hotel, although make sure you stay on the upper floors !!!"
4 of 5 stars Reviewed Aug 19, 2014

Stayed at this hotel 2 times within one week. More of a place to rest the head other than explore the amenities. Nicely located, within a rides distance of the slick rock trail, and dining and adult beverages are within walking distance. CAUTION you to stay on the upper floors though. I had rooms, (my choice) on the lower floors due to all the gear and bike I was packing. Unfortunately the occupants staying above me decided to have the circus in town stop by their room. You can hear every move and they had kids who were constantly jumping up and down on the floors and bed. I made several room to room calls, which seemed to intensify the noise (go figure). Not much of a good sleep. Wasn't sure if contacting the front desk would have mattered either. Im sure the experience would have been different on the upper floors. The pool looked nice, a little small but other people seemed to be enjoying it. The morning breakfast area (continental) was being utilized by everyone too. If I would have had more time to spend I'm sure that my experience would have been better. All in all though I would recommend to stay here. Oh and they are pet friendly too....
