I have stayed here before and returned because of the facility. While this motel is not located on the beach or near the airport, you are only a short distance time wise from both. It is a dated motel but is well maintained. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpfull . They have a nice pool area and a nice continental breakfast. There is a dinner next door called Mels which is probably the best in town with good prices. I recommend highly.
if you are staying it good for 1 night, we booked for a week and we were to have are room cleaned on friday and monday, well that never happened my wife had to chase done the maids when they cleaned the rooms down from us, my had change the sheets she had to ask for a vaccum and she had to go get towels. now they do allow pets and we had are dog and cat with us when we checked out i dicovered the gm of the hotel went and charged my credit card for two hundred dollars more with out telling why the lady sally at the front told it was the the room was dirty do you believe that and now i'm still waiting on the gm chris to call me and dicuss this matter the whole week cost 427.00 and he charged my card 200.00 for cleaning that my wife had to do while we were there,totally unexcitable, so i say find a different laquinta then the fort meyers on s. clevlend ave you just mite not get rip offed

The room is comfortable and spacious. I like that it has a recliner. I hate to feel like the only place to sit is on a hard chair at a table or on the bed. I would recommend La Quinta to my friends and family.
Nice La Quinta. They did have a mixup on my reservation but upgraded my standard to a suite. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel offers a nice outdoor swimming pool. Not much dining nearby. Mel's Diner located across the parking lot. Really good food. Try that Ribeye.
Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom too small. Lamp by bed was broken. Facial tissue holder was broken and tissue was rough. Staff was not very friendly and did not follow thru on requests. Breakfast was okay. Stayed at other La Quinta's and they were nicer. An elevator would be a plus since it is difficult for older adults to carry luggage to the second floor.
