i truly enjoy staying at the la quinta hotels; they are always clean, friendly, and efficient. i also am so thankful that they allow pets, as my lab travels with me. i always travel along the routes that have la quinta hotels so i can always ensure i get to stay at one. mj

I would highly recommend LaQuinta Inn to everyone that want a top quality hotel experience. The staff was professional. The location was clean and beautiful. It was positioned near several places to eat, the mall, gas stations etc. Some of the resturants near the hotel gave LaQuinta Inn guest a discount to eat there. I also love how professionally my reservation mix up was handled. I reserved 2 King Size bedrooms, but the person entering the information didnt assign those rooms, or any rooms, to me. I was upset initially because I didn't get what I requested. However, the office staff immedately apologized for the mix up,offered me 2 rooms with double beds at a discounted rate. No excuses or blame game was used. I loved that! I was about to leave when I found out my reservations weren't right but because of the outstanding customer service I received, I stayed. I'm so glad I did. I had a great experience in Mobile, Alabama and previously in Little Rock, Arkansas at another LaQuinta Inn. In my book, LaQuinta Inn comes highly recommended by me. That really says alot, because I'm extremely picky, plus I don't like poor customer service. Thankfully I didn't experience those things during either stay at LaQuinta Inn. I will definitely stay at a LaQuinta Inn in the future. Book your room(s) there today. You will be glad you did.

You have certain expectations when you book a room at a La Quinta. My expectations were not met at this location. First, I must say that the staff here is great. They are doing the very best that they can with what they have to work with. Their patience and attitude is commendable! This location is more comparable to a Lesser 8 than to a La Quinta. The rooms are old and out dated. They were as clean as you can get a filthy room to be clean with a vacuum and a set of sheets. The carpets were sticky, the towels felt like you were drying yourself with dry leaves and the room smelled. If your working construction and need a place to crash, this might be a place for you. If you are a business person or traveling with your family and looking for the comfort of a true La Quinta... keep moving. It's not worth the Denny's discount (although some seniors may disagree).

Clean, comfortable beds, great service as always. The lot has plenty of parking and the breakfast nook is clean. We left before breakfast but the coffee was available at 5 am. The staff is friendly and helpful with directions and finding restaurants. AS of right now you get 10% at Charleyo's and 15% at Denny's. Denny's has good food but the service is slow and kind of annoying.

I was just passing through Mobile and as I'm on a budget but cannot bear another night at Motel 6, I chose La Quinta. The beds are not luxurious, but certainly are comfortable. Everything in my room seemed to be clean. I recall having a few minor annoyances with the shower or plugs - but obviously if I don't remember them 2 days later, it couldn't have been that bad. The breakfast is simply waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals and some beverages - enough for me. I'm glad to grab just a bite before getting on the road - I don't normally eat much anyway. It is relatively easy to access from the freeway even with the funny turn that must be made. Free wifi that worked well. Plenty of parking. I would stay again if passing through or had lots to do all day, but it might not be the best choice if hanging out in the room all the time. Even though I rate the individual components - service, value, etc as very good; my overall rating will just be average. It is on par with other La Quinta's I've stayed at - but despite it being very good for La Quinta - La Quinta, on the whole is just average rooms.
