A La Quinta traveler |
This was great hotel for our stay. Enjoyed the free daily breakfast(full breakfast not continental). The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but the workout room needs a few more items added. Great place for the price.
Just realized I had not rated this site. We stayed in April and were very pleased. We had never stayed at La Quintas until 2012, but we now have a toy poodle and... This was our third La Quinta and it was exceptional. Clean, roomy, wonderful patio to sit on and visit other guests, both 2 and 4 legged. Outback next door, got a coupon at front desk for a discount. Staff very pleasant, reception nice. Our four pound bombshell loved it. Note: I noticed one person gave a low rating because there were DOGS. Ok, take note, if you don't like or want to be around dogs, stay someplace else. As far as I'm concerned the whole function of the La Quinta chain is to allow dogs. I love dogs. My experience is people who travel with pets keep their four legged animals under control and have them socialized. There were lots of dogs and children on the patio. All were well behaved, and the children loved petting the dogs. I highly recommend this site.
This place will make you feel well rested and refreshed. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and bug free. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will stay here again. There were rooms available for pets, I didn't hear one. they do need a better sign to find the entrance from the main road.
We arrived on Friday night to split up our drive to Orlando. Got a good rate with AAA and the hotel was pretty nice. We didn't really have any issues, the check in/out was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre at best but not a deciding factor in returning next time. Very pleased with the (short) stay.
This hotel is one of our very favorites. It is a really relaxing place to stop after a long day of driving. They have everything you could want--including a lovely patio with tables under the trees. In the evening there is a free cocktail hour and cookies and coffee to indulge in when you come back from a nearby restaurant. Breakfast is delicious, with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, along with any other breakfast choice you can think of. There are several restaurants close enough so that you don't have to get back in the car to go to dinner.
