Walk in and I already see this hotel is average but thats ok. I almost climb the check in counter because of this huge dog walking in the lobby. After getting to my room I forget something in my car and go back for it. I get bit by a flee in the elevator. Call downstairs to find out if the dogs are on every floor and she says yes. Then makes it seem like a problem for me to ask. I'm so not a happy camper.
Always stay @ LaQuintaas as we travel with small dog.....rooms are always clean & well maintained, the price is always fair.....other hotels charge ridiculously high fees for bringing along a pet & those hotels aren't any better than LaQuinta! We appreciate the value! The cleanliness! The good service!
Do not charge extra for dogs! I always stay here because of that fact.
Great breakfast and Subway is next door for late night snack. North of location is cheap motels for transients and prostitutes. South of location is near a Publix grocery store and further South is downtown Sarasota. The airport is a few miles North.
Rooms are well kept.
Friendliest staff we ever encounterd.The only problem we had was with worn mattress It is a great place to stay and in a good location with respect to dining an ad local attractions. locations. security was excellent.
At arrival the front desk personnel was friendly and we arrived early for check in and they found a room for us.The room, the lobby, and the breakfast room was clean and the parking was clean and accessible.I highly recomend this hotel.That was my four time there.
