clean and nice place to stay--always had great service at this hotel rooms always clean had a problem with the refrigerator and was not working. Made a call down to front desk and they came right up and replace it.
I loved everything about this hotel; especially the pet area. It had a clean, grassy area, well kept with a supply of doggy doo bags. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well organized breakfast area with a variety of choices.
We had a great time visiting Prattville thanks in big part to the excellent hotel and staff at La Quinta Prattville. It is a friendly clean and pleasant hotel to stay at and at a very fail price. Everything we ask for was quickly satisfied. The exercise room was clean and was supplied with a variety of exercise equipment. The pool was clean and nice. Breakfast was really good except for the danish witch was dry and tasteless otherwise there was plenty of good food to eat, I really like the make your own waffle for breakfast! We think this is the best hotel in the area!
Did not like seeing dogs walking throughout the hotel Saw one couple take their dog to their car. Come back into the hotel, the breakfast area, without washing their hands, and started handling the food and the utensils.
Having stayed a multitude of times-i can honestly say i wouldn't stay anywhere else. From my first stay the staff has always been incredibly receptive and helpful. The rooms have been clean and fresh smelling and the beds with the soft linen & fluffy pillows always inviting. Very convenient to have working frig & micrwave in room. The b'fast always freshly scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage & gravy, a variety of breads & danishes. Also cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs & make your own waffles. Juices & coffees & teas also available. I have stayed at some very posh hotels & some that weren't. But in this inn, with its friendly staff and welcoming ambience always makes me feel safe & secure. Do stay here if you are in the area. If other reviews have/had a problem I am sure the staff would do everything they can to rectify it. Great place to stay!!!!!!!!!!
