This was by far my favorite hotel on my most recent vacation. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the view is amazing! Everything is brand new and kept immaculate. I loved the breakfast, they had yogurt cups, milk, cereal, made to order waffles, pastries, orange juice, coffee, apples, bananas, etc. Springdale is this charming little town with everything in walking distance. They also have trams that come right into town to take you into Zion.
This is a great place to stay. You cannot beat the location and view. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a fun pool with water features and colored lighting at night. The hot tub is just right and clean. Pet accommodations were great. The only suggestion I had was to have a less carbohydrate laden breakfast. Most everything had bread or cereal involved. On checkout, the clerk said you can ask for an egg cooked by itself instead of in a ham breakfast sandwich, but there was no indication that was possible until I said something. The fruit available was not good. Compared to other hotels, I would say the breakfast was less than average. We did not eat there the second morning.
The room was big and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast with hot options. The pool was clean and refreshing. I will definetly stay here again next trip when we bring the kids. There are family suites which are hard to find in Springdale.
We arrived late and had booked our reservation online through a discount broker. Our booking did not show up on LQ's computer system but Gail managed to give us a better rate on our stay. (Gail is an amazing multi-tasker!!) The manager wrote a letter to our broker service with attached receipts which aided us in our refund process.
The accommodations are brand new, excellent CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! Non-smoking throughout the facility. The beds are incredibly comfortable. No board like beds here!
Breakfast buffet was adequate. Dining is within walking distance though.
The Hotel is really close to Zion National Park, you could practically walk. Springdale is a quaint town too.
While venturing west we stayed the night before checking out Zion National Park. Great hotel! Great staff! Very impressed. Outstanding in every way. From checking in until check out we were treated in a very friendly and helpful manner. The rooms were nicely appointed, quiet, convenient to Zion.
