"Great stay, great service"

We came to this hotel after a couple of others where we have loyalty points were full. Glad we did because this was a great stay. Nice, newer hotel. My kids were disappointed that there wasn't a pool, but they enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. It is a larger one, so I guess they felt it was a "mini-pool." The check-in was quick and the nice young lady was able to help me get a quiet room on an upper floor. Breakfast looked fine although I didn't have any because I wasn't feeling well. I noticed they had breakfast burritos which I hadn't seen on a breakfast buffet before. They had several cold cereals as well as typical refrigerator items (yogurts) and fruits. Our room was nice, clean and fresh. It was a little narrow/tight so you may want to ask for a larger room if you are staying for more than a day or two. I like the fact that you could open the windows. We like a room to be cool, so this was a plus...especially since it snowed overnight. The room was DEFINITELY cool the next morning! The hotel is right by the interstate and is actually very easy on and off.
We stayed here one night on our way home and it was kind of mixed. It is an attractive place, very clean and in good condition. The first objection I had was that there was so much furniture in the room that you couldn't walk through it. We had to move furniture to be able go get to the window. The room had 2 beds in it and really would have been better off with one. The bathroom was wonderful, plenty of counter space. The second objection I had was a coupon offered to us by the desk clerk. We had asked for a restaurant recommendation (usually a good idea in a strange town). She offered the coupon which turned out to have all kinds of restrictions on it and was for a restaurant that had delusions of haute cuisine. My fault perhaps for not asking questions but it was presented as straightforward. Other than those two things, it was all right. The breakfast was good and there were cookies at the front desk.
I stayed here one night during a road trip. The hotel is newer and in excellent condition. The rooms are outstanding, clean, and many offer great views. The wi-fi worked well and it had a nice flat screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful and they serve a pretty good breakfast in the morning along with a free local newspaper. It is located near a number of restaurants, some within wlaking distance. This is a great place to stay!!
Food was great, early check-in and the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to town as well as great advice on what sites to see. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Clean, great exercise facility.
This is great value with really nice staff.
Book it, enjoy it!
The hotel was upgraded about a year and a half ago. ALL NEW fixtures, furniture. The rooms are cozy and the beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in recently. LOVED the plush soft bedding. Furnishings in the room are stylish with gorgeous wood laminate flooring in the entryway and bath. It was so clean and luxurious that I felt completely relaxed and slept very well. Only wish I had the time to use the spa. My sister noted it had a device for assisting persons with disabilities into the spa! How nice!
