I would first like to comment on the staff; each and every member with whom I came in contact was respectful, polite, enjoyable, and had a smile on his or her face. Any time I had a question, they were very helpful. Either he/she knew the answer or quickly found someone who did. The front desk clerk remembered me and asked how we were doing any time we stopped by. When I called to confirm my reservations the day before I would arrive, I let them know my group would be in before check-in and requested one of our rooms to be ready if possible for us to drop off our things. The staff indicated they would do their best. Once I had landed and called to see if we could stop by, I was informed all four of our rooms were ready at 11:30 AM. How nice it was to freshen-up before heading out for our day's activities. Check-in was simple and timely. We found the rooms to be accommodating with only minor suggestions. Our tub has some minor discoloration on the floor and the shower curtain was just barely long enough. It had a tenancy to move out of the tub and drip water onto the floor. We did receive one towel that had been thoroughly worn (had a quarter-size hole) but had enough fresh towels in the room this was not really a bother. We would prefer a thermostat in which a temperature can be set rather than the ambiguous dial, but we understand this is a personal preference. Also, it would be nice to have an outlet accessible near the nightstand to charge our phones overnight but keep them within reach. Our room was well-cleaned each day and stocked appropriately as well. Check-out was also timely and seamless. The clerk was training a new staff member but also made sure the process was quick. Again, she remembered who I was, that we were in town for a wedding and even that I had mentioned earlier my sister had just delivered a baby (back home) while we were in town. Overall, I believe everyone in our party was pleased with our stay and would definitely consider your hotel again if ever in the area.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this location. As always the staff is helpful and friendly. Will be back. Convenient to resturants and other shopping. 20 minutes to downtown. For the price what more could I ask for?

This is your basic motel with a good value and friendly staff. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location with Starbucks and IHop just a few steps away. Their continental breakfast provided was good and even had a waffle maker. For the price and service, we would stay their again.

Hotel is very old, in need of a remodel. Didnt have the continental but was told by other party in my group that it was not good. Saw a bug by the sink, maybe a bed bug? Check in lady was very pleasant. Price was too much for being such an old room. Also young girls who were also staying were running up & down stairs laughing loudly after 10:00 PM. Very noisy in the early AM also as hotel has some kind of church service.

The staff really makes it worth it. Since my last stay seemed quieter which was a good thing. Room was large and clean. I can speak enough about the staff great you every step of the way. I bypassed the breakfast for IHOP. Overall just ok
