Great hotel, I read some reviews that scared me due to renovations. They must be done because the hotel is beautiful. If traveling to Greenwood this is the place to stay. Front desk staff was amazing (we were traveling with babies and needed milk they do not sell it but the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to get us some from the breakfast supplies at no extra charge). The only issue we had was the bottom window in the room we were in opened and did not have a screen, kind of scary with toddlers but kept them in a separate room so no biggie. Again great hotel with great staff.

If you do not have kids, ask for a room AWAY from the pool. It was not nice having some 3-year old "quacking" in the hallway prior to the pool opening. Plus the ice machines are very noisy.
The noise level in the hallways was my only complaint. Even the noise on I-65 was quieter than the hall noise.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in and check out couldn't have been quicker.
Booked this hotel for a sporting event. Due to circumstances and an injury to a family member we had to cut our trip short. The front desk clerk was so understanding and helpful. She said she was sure they would refund our money but we would have to discuss with the manager. They were not in on Sunday or Monday then after calling on Tuesday morning received no return call. Finally emailed and got the response that they would not refund our money. First and last booking AT&T any LaQuinta chain! Terrible customer service.
The gentleman at check in was super quick and friendly. I liked how everything in the lobby and the rooms was new and fresh. Like another reviewer said, the beds were super comfy. The decor is modern and very tasteful. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day!! I love that the free breakfast includes hot items like make your own waffles, eggs, etc. This location is perfect for any Indy events. It is close to the city without all the traffic and parking issues.
The price was reasonable. Close to Indy if that is important to you. Newly remodeled and they spent some $$$$ on them. The beds were super comfy. I normally do not sleep well in hotels and both my husband and I slept really soundly ALL night. Highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant options at this exit are not the best. There were kids enjoying the pool!
