Unlike other reviewers, I found the bed to be uncomfortable--like some obese person had created a hole to sleep in. I agree that the breakfast was nothing to rave about. The staff was friendly; for some unknown reason, we got an upgrade--though I still don't know what we were upgraded from. Definitely ask for a room away from the freeway. The pool and spa were nice, the workout room better-equipped than many. We appreciated the frig and microwave. Just down the street is a hole-in-the-wall Thai place called Koong Thong--it was great!
Very new hotel. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is very nice and professional. Room service was great. The Denny's next door gives hotel guests 20% off on all meals. We stayed with 3 kids and they loved the pool. Breakfast is free and awesome as well.
Be sure to ask for a room on the south side of the building, otherwise the freeway noise and the spot lights will keep you awake at night. New, clean, and like I said, the beds are very nice. The breakfast leaves a lot to the imagination and the coffee was always cold and often the water decanter was empty. When asked if we could move to a room on the opposite side of the building we were told they were sold out; however, waiting in a long line to check in there were many getting rooms without reservations..... Very understaffed in the afternoon/evenings; there was only one front-desk person working to cover all calls, tasks, check-ins, etc. For $139.00 a night, I guess I was just expecting more....
I was very impressed with the staff, and the overall experience at this location.Would very much recommend this particular La Quinta to everyone! All the amenities, spa, indoor pool, breakfast. .Everything was in very good shape, seemed to be a fairly new motel.
The hotel was clean and modern. It was very well equipped with a nice flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the indoor pool was nice and warm. Would definitely recommend this place.
