We had a great time. The rooms were clean and the staf was great. We are going back in about three weeks. The fridge did not work in the first room but they put us in a new room in no time. This is a great hotel.

Once I arrived I was very tired and ready to take a long nap, the person who checked me in did a great job on complementing me and encouraging me.
here was a happy hour offered that afternoon, I did not attend, but sounded like a lot of fun.
Everything is clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast bar had a nice variety of foods. The staff are very nice and courteous. They were very helpful in giving directions to places for activities and suggestions on where to dine. Great location, just minutes away from downtown Dallas. Would recommend to anyone. Great value for our money!!!
My daughter and I stayed here for a few days when we came to Dallas for a Black Veil Brides concert at the Palladium Ballroom. The room was clean, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable! The staff treated us very well and was very accomodating. The breakfast in the mornings was great! Biscuits and gravy, a couple of mornings we had sausage the last morning we had bacon, eggs, toast, bagles, fruit, coffee....and it was all fresh! We look forward to visiting this hotel again!
