"Indy 500 race day breakfast"

A La Quinta traveler |
We are Indy 500 race fans and suggest that on that Sunday race day the breakfast be made available earlier for those of us who wish to get to the race track early. Your normal Sunday breakfast start hour is rather late on that day for all the race fans that stay at your hotel on that weekend, and there are 6 of us in our party occupying 3 rooms. We hope your will consider this for 2014 race day Sunday. We stay at your Lafayette, IN facility and have done so since this facility began with the LaQuinta chain. Thank you!
This hotel was very clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff.
Room was nicely arranged including desk and comfy chair and ottoman. Clean linens and towels, carpet was clean as well. Very clean bathroom. The A/C worked perfectly too. Well lit and clean hallways. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt and very nice coffees. Property was well maintained and parking lot well lit.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Had a friendly lady at the front desk. Room was clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were great, after a day of work and travel ! The breakfast was clean and full of the normal LQ breakfast items. I would stay at this hotel again, when I'm in the area.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The TV was way too small for the space, and that needs to be updated. The room was very clean and well appointed. We both really liked the size of the room and cleanliness of the carpet.
The pool and hot tub room didn't seem to be using the correct balance of chemicals, because the fumes made my eyes hurt! The second day, however, when some of the windows were open, it wasn't nearly as bad, but you could still smell it.
Lastly, the breakfast was very sub-par for a La Quinta. They struggled to keep the juice stocked, and the eggs were awful (cold and rubbery).
The first impression was pretty great. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that did not refill almost empty toilet paper rolls in the rooms, one of our rooms actually was out of toilet paper. The beds were very hard and the pillows way too soft. The hot tub was only lukewarm. The breakfast buffet was a joke! The waffle batter was empty, as we're most of the other staples. The gravy was way too watered down. The refrigerator in one of the rooms was not functioning. I will never stay at another one.
