This was our first time to stay and this hotel and staff went all out to make our stay a great one. This hotel has a great breakfast, nice bar to relax in and a charming front seating area to just set and read or visit.

I recently stayed at LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Hinesville, GA. I was pleasantly suprised how beautiful and clean the room was. The bed was comfy and sheets were nice and clean. The room smelled nice also. Next time I go out of town I will stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel it's very nice and the clerks on the front desk is very nice. On the other hand the general Manager is very rude. She said that I made reservations on lines and didn't cancel them. I explained that I called into the hotel and cancelled the reservations but I had misplaced the confirmation number given to me couldn't find it. They charged my card anyway and when I told her we didn't stay she told me to call headquarters she wasn't' changing it nori refunding my money and hung up in my face. I called headquarters and they were very professional and apologetic for her behavior and explained they wouldn't be able to put money bak on card but would be happy to cut me a check audit would take about our weeks I told her that would be find I just would like to get my money returned because I didn't stay. She s rude and what are they doing with monies taken out of people accounts when they aren't staying? I guess theses are free stays for their loved ones or they pocketing the monies . The headquarters need to teach her some interpersonal skills. shes very rude to black people

I was impressed with the trendy motif of the front desk area. It was very open and well-decorated. The room was very clean and was sized appropriately for the cost. As others have noted, the bathrooms lack towel bars and the lighting is not real bright. One thing we liked was the air conditioner was positioned so that the cool air was allowed to flow throughout the room, rather than blow directly on a bed in front. The weather strip under the entry door was loose and made it difficult to open or close the door. As my wife pointed out, it could have been a safety hazard in the event of a fire. In the morning, we found an "out-of-order" sign on the only elevator in the building. After taking the stairs from the third floor to the first, we discovered the problem was the call button on the third floor didn't work. If you took the elevator up from the first or second floor, the door would open. This was really only a minor annoyance and, being a holiday weekend, I'm sure it would have been hard to find someone to repair it. One bigger annoyance was the inadequate seating in the breakfast area. There were two booths for 4 and one table for 4. There was seating at a bar and 2 or three small 2 seat tables. The seating are should definitely be enlarged. The breakfast offerings were average with nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Nicest hotel I've stayed in this year! Rooms are great! Staff was vet kind and helpful. The downstairs has a very nice bar and the breakfast buffet was the best! The price was very affordable. I have already booked a room for us too come back in three months.
