A La Quinta traveler |
There are not an immense amount of choices around the Joshua area, but this nice NEW La Quinta is a fabulous choice. They offer senior discounts and they are very friendly! We were extremely pleased!!! :)
The Joshua inn is extremely nice. Easy to get in and out of and to find. Our room was clean and inviting. The Staff are always helpful. The Bright Side breakfast has a nice variety. They have great parking. It is convenient no matter what part of the building you are staying in.
We arrived late on Friday Evening for a one night stay to attend my best friends wedding the next afternoon. Having requested a handicapped room we were very pleased with the staff, clean environment and the room itself. One word of advice for other handicapped travelers, they have a roll in shower which is great however no sturdy bench to transfer to so do plan on bringing a bench or drying a wheelchair. We will stay here again anytime we're in the area
Went to the area to visit our son. It was a last minute trip so our son lined up the hotel for us. It was a little out of the way but I hav to say they were very friendly and the hotel was very clean not to mention way cheaper than the ones by the interstate.
I live within 1 mile of this place and have been going here since they opened the doors. I have never ran into any problems with the exception of an occasional pool/hot tub not being heated or being repaired. The staff has never been rude or inattentive. I've stayed at least 9 or more times since May 2010 with my 2 children and husband. Also, my husband can be very picky and critical, but he loves this place as well. We never have to stay there as we live down the street. We choose to enjoy our free time there and take the kids for the indoor heated pool.
