This hotel was very nice, it has an awesome view of the beach of you get a beach view room. The room was nice it was nice to have a frig and microwave in the room as well. The patio that leads to the pool and the beach is really nice you could sit out in the evening and enjoy the band that played nightly at the bar right across the way.
The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel as the front desk clerk that check us in. She was not nice, she was kinda rude and unfriendly. I mean I people have bad days, but she was just rude on this day and I thought it would just be that one, but the one that checked us out was kinda rude and unfriendly as well.
Other than the front desk clerks the property is nice and affordable, clean and fun.
Stayed at the La Quinta Oceanfront May 20 - 23, 2013. We had an Ocean Front room with a fantastic view of beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. The room was clean and had no smells. The wood floor make sense given the humidity and sand being tracked in from the beach. Lori at the front desk was always friendly and eager to help customers. The breakfast was average when compared to other hotel free breakfasts. Really no complaints. The pier which is not more than 100 feet from the hotel had four places to eat. Most meals were only okay. I do recommend the Atlantic Ocean Grille for dinner. We had great meals there. If you go on a Tuesday look for a 2 for 1 coupon on the internet. The view from this restaurant was great. The price? Given the prices we have seen at other ocean front hotels, I feel the value here is good. If you want a five star hotel, don't stay here. But if you want a hotel with a great location, fantastic view and fairly priced this is the place! My wife and I would definitely come here again.

Love La Quinta! Doggie friendly & caring staff all around! The pool is refreshing, the breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, and it's perfectly situated in front of some nice waves, the Cocoa Beach Pier, a bunch of bars and restaurants, and it's close to Ron Jon's too! I loved the 5th floor oceanfront for a spectacular sunrise view!
My wife and I spent a night here in April of 2013 wish we had know how nice the location and hotel was we would have booked for longer staff was great loved the location (next to the pier) pool was great beach was great we've traveled all over the country for the price this can not be beat highly recommend !
This hotel was sooooo clean and the staff were so friendly we definitely will return. Looking for a great hotel to stay on the beach this is it. Beds were extremely comfortable. All amenities you need. I enjoy staying in a clean environment and this LaQuinta was it. Breakfast was pretty good waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, toast, fruits etc. I was also able to check in early which was great!
