I requested a King Bed and was very surprised at the size of the room. It was very large with a sofa, coffee table, round table with two chairs, large desk with chair, many lamps and the bathroom was very large, with a very spacious counter space and shelf under counter. The breakfast was very good, I am not a big eater but there was plenty of choices, and plenty of food. The staff was very accommodating. I would stay at this motel again, without a doubt.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and clean. Easy access from Hwy 183. We could not have asked for anything else. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the duvet being "wrapped" with fresh sheets. I absolutely detest fuzzy, unwashed hotel blankets.

Albert at the front desk is outstanding and makes you feel at home and takes care of you while you are there.
I worked a night shift at the Emergency Hospital next door and then needed to sleep during the day. Albert put me in a room that would be quiet. That, and the fact that the AC is cold and has just the right amount of "hum" made it easy to be a day sleeper in a hotel.
We were looking for an affordable motel in the area and this fit the price. It's a relatively new motel with modern design elements. The room was clean. No comfortable seating. Fresh hot cookies in the evening were a nice treat. Breakfast was not good. We got up early to eat waffles, fake eggs and cereal. They were out of butter- how do you run out of butter? Run across the street and buy some more for Pete's sake! Otherwise, it was an average stay.
On the way to Austin we ran into bad weather and had to turn around for safety. We called the hotel to tell them the situation and they were so helpful and understanding. We ended up no being able to make it to Austin until early the next morning. The hotel allowed us to check in early that morning. This was so nice because we were unable to sleep all night due to driving away from the bad weather. I would definently recommend the hotel for your stay. They made the trip go very smoothly!
