cries all the night in the hallway, no on-site security. I called the front desk who told me: "Yes, I know" and hung up the line. Disturbed twice by the household to see if it was gone .... it was 9:00 on a Sunday Stay away from this hotel ... this is a joke!

If you're a business person traveling, this internet is horrible. I will say that the accommodations of the hotel is very nice. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, and there is a large TV. But, I had to book a hotel for tomorrow night and it took me 30 minutes. It took me 4 minutes just to click "Write a Review" for this screen to come up. I've never written a review before but I've only once stayed in LQ hotels. Since I am on the road, I'd like to work from my computer in my hotel and I can't do that. Only reason that the rating is so poor.

We stay at La Quinta hotels when we are visiting our children who live out of town. Always a friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is the best around. Free wifi, flat screen tv's and spacious rooms. Never will change from La Quinta.

My family had a great 3 night stay at La Quinta! The pool and hot tub were the kids' favorite, and the big television and cookies were nice added bonuses. The hospitality was exceptional especially from Shannon at the front desk (pm) and Jerry in the mornings slinging breakfast for the masses. They both had a multitude of suggestions for how to get the most out of our Rochester stay while performing their jobs and entertaining our children. Also, the housekeeper we had for our room was top-notch and the maintenance man that services the pool took time out of his job to show my children how he tests the pool's water (and it changes colors). Anthony (also maintenance) also greeted us every time we crossed paths. Well done with staffing, La Quinta! We found the room to be very comfortable and have no complaints. Our room had a microwave as well as a fridge which were handy for leftovers and a nursing mom. The Wi-Fi was a perk and you didn't need a password (which was nice). The breakfast was well-stocked and the coffee was hot and available anytime. Overall, La Quinta helped make our "spring break" pleasant (even though for the first 3 days it barely reached 30 degrees). We got a great deal on our room on Priceline which made the quality of our stay even more enjoyable!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Eastman campus with our 17 year old daughter. The hot tub was standard hotel style, not the most comfortable but hot and clean. Pool itself and area also clean, towels provided. The room was roomy enough, shower was great, staff were all friendly and helpful. A couple restaurants within sight - TGiFridays and a seafood place. Breakfast was good. Beds were small (doubles) and slightly worn leading to the roll into the center problem, but not terrible.
