This hotel was perfect!!! They are strategically located right across the street from Great Northern Mall & All major eateries and easy access to highways. The room was great!!! I had hot water every morning, nice shower not the usual trickle you have at most hotels!! The shuttle service was awesome, they picked me up at the airport on time and they shuttled me to all my destinations and Joe was wonderful!!! Melissa was great checking me in early- my room was clean & ready and I also was able to have a late check-out at 1pm, she is dedicated and went above & beyond to make my stay perfect!!! Oh and the fresh baked cookies were just icing on the cake!!! 5 stars and two thumbs up!!!
The hotel is your basic La Quinta. We got a king-size bed. It looked great until you got into it. The mattress was completely uncomfortable. No support and totally sagging. My husband and I both had backaches from it. The other thing I was unhappy about were the towels. They were on the towel bar but seemed like they were never changed from the last guests. They looked used. I put them on the bathroom floor and used the rolled up bath towels which at least looked clean. BUT, there was no smell of bleach on any of them. I want to know that hotel towels are washed with bleach. Blech!!!! Also, the picture quality of the TV was awful as it only had ANALOG mode. Breakfast consisted of one chafing tray with petrified eggs and slimey oatmeal. Then your basic muffins, cereals, etc. Nothing to write home about. Would not stay here again.
This is another older La Quinta. I would give another half of star if I could. I just am weary of some of these reviews as many seem to be from folks that haven't reviewed much and give much higher marks than this hotel should receive.. This La Quinta is the nicest of the two airport locations in Cleveland. It has a large big screen t.v. and the rooms appear to have been upgraded. It was clean and comfortable. I felt safe at this location.
Very nice stay. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful! While my husband and son went swimming, my daughter and I were able to shop in the very nice Great Northern Mall. Room was very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly! Nice breakfast. Would deffinately stay again.
I met Mr. Kumar upon arrival - staying 5 nights for business. He leads his staff in customer service and quality by example. Previous ownership was cold and rude.
Front Desk staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable about venues and services in area. Great Pool and used work out room nightly. I have recommended to our Corporate Travel planner to book me here again !
