Great place to stay not far from Graceland or downtown. The rooms are newly done, comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent, going above the norm to make your stay wonderful. The property is well maintained and clean. Great value.
We had a 2 room suite. It had 2 bathrooms and it was very comfortable. Staff was good. The location was good because it was very close to I240, and you could get almost anyplace in the city within minutes. Close to Graceland.
Great check in staff. Lady at check in made you feel valued. Upon check out the gentleman behind the desk went out of his way to provide detailed travel directions to avoid highway shutdown due to accident.
Very clean property with friendly staff. Minutes away from airport and Graceland...and Marlowe's BBQ which was featured on Food Channel (great food!). Dog walking area is located in fenced in parking lot, so you don't have to go far in search of a patch of grass. Overall we enjoyed our one night and would stay again.
What a Wonderful experience we had at this La Quinta Inn !!! The front desk person by the name of Karen had such wonderful customer service skills. She was very pleasant and helpful. We had just driven in from Arkansas to stay overnight and leave from the Memphis Airport the following day. Before we booked the room, we had checked Trip Advisor and thought most of the reviews were good. After we got to the room, my roommate discovered that she didn't have her laptop. She went to the lobby and Karen had seen it in a chair and secured it. The rooms were nice and a convenient location to the airport.
