I was there for the death of my brother in law. The hotel gave us a great price the staff was wonderful a speedy check in as well as check out. The staff made sure our needs were met. The only problem we had is that by this being a pet friendly hotel I suggest that they use one floor for those who travel with their pets. I am a pet owner, but wish not to sleep in a bed were other pets have been. Thanks again for the great hospitality and such great thanks for Carlos for taking good care of us during our stay.

Stayed here for one night for a dance competition. Check-in was easy and staff pleasant. Room was clean, no smell. Was nice having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast area was rather big - no problem finding a table, and plenty variety of food. Plenty of restuarants located near by.
Great hotel ! Quiet. Breakfast ready every morning. Coffee available throughout entire and evening. Desk staff helpful, mainly, the lady that works the evening shift. She is very nice and friendly.
Accommodating with out request to have the same room each time we visit so it's familiar to our dogs, as we stay st La Quinta for dog competitions in Indy every so often through the Spring and Summer months.
I stayed at this hotel while traveling on business last week and was very pleased with the hotel and the staff. The room was very spacious and the hallways to the rooms were well let and very clean. This is very important to a female traveling alone on business.
This hotel serves a hot breakfast buffet which was a nice upgrade from the standard continental breakfast served at many comparable hotels. I was there for a week and there was a variety offered throughout the week which included eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy & biscuits and waffles as the hot items. The attendant that works the breakfast area is great!
The hotel has a lounge on site, although I did not patron this area, it looked really nice. I heard one of the desk agents mention that the pool table was free.
I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone passing through South Indianapolis.
Arrived late at night after a very long trip and filled the luggage cart with our things, only to find the elevator not working. The gentlemen at the front desk fixed it and we go in, only to get trapped in on the 3rd floor. Had to call for assistance and when it began to work again, we found ourselves back on the 1st floor and had to carry all of our belongings up 3 flights of stairs.
Then we were warned about possible bed bugs from others in our party - many of whom transferred to a different hotel. We stayed anyway, although it was pretty dirty.
I had called ahead for late checkout before our trip because we didn't have anywhere to go or to be until after 5 on the day of checkout (after a 2 night stay) and also because I am a college student with a BIG paper due and am in need of a quiet place with wifi in order to finish on time. They extended it 1 hour and said I could ask the day of checkout, but that it shouldn't be a problem. Long story short, I got a call at about 12:45 saying that my credit card would be charged if we weren't out by 1. I asked the front desk about an extension for a few more hours and told her the circumstances, she said they just couldn't. You know they could, they just didn't want to. I have heard of many hotel chains that do. I guess my next trip should be booked with them.
What a shame. I am a fan of LaQuinta Inn and even a member of their rewards club. My boys are on travel sports teams and I travel for business a lot as well. La Quinta will not be on my list of hotels to stay with after today.
There are many hotels in Indy to choose from, I suggest that you make another choice if you are coming to Indiana.
