A La Quinta traveler |
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We will be back to this location whenever we are in town. They treated the kids well. And they even allow pets and provide treats at the front desk for them.
Oh my goodness. Our stay was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful. My hsuband is disabled and she moved us to the lowest floor and that was a big help. Our room was super nice, clean and everything we expected and more. We will stay here again. Brown Family from SW Arkansas
Chose this location because it fit into my driving daily goal for a cross country roadtrip. What a nice surprise we got. Very friendly, courteous staff, very clean and well appointed room. We have stayed at many LaQuinta's around the counrty, and this location is right there near the top. Well done!
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Two times on a Friday night and once on a Saturday night. On each occasion the hotel was noisy. On the first stay, it was loud people in the halls that you could hear talking and running up and down the halls. The Second stay it was people in the next room who sounded like they were having a party. They were loud passed 11 pm. We called the desk, and the room quieted for 30 minutes, then became loud again. We finally fell asleep around 2 am. Not that the sounds stopped, but we were so tired, we finally fell asleep. On the third time, we could hear every word from the television in the next room. I turned the fan on the air conditioner to drown out the TV in the next room. Problem solved. It was 12:15 am when I fell asleep. Everytime we stay at this hotel it is the first weekend in May. I AGREE WITH EVERYONE, THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IS OUTSTANDING, ( SERVICE, FRIENDLINESS, CONVENIENCES, ETC....) I just can't take the noisiness of the rooms. We will research other options next year.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and so worth the money!! The rooms are very well appointed and extremely affordable. They offer a great, free hot breakfast (bacon!!) and a guest reception on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights where beer/sodas/light dinner-snacks are served complimentary. The staff is super friendly and eager to assist. As a La Quinta there is no pet fee and they do welcome your pets with open arms, plus there are plenty of grassy areas for walking and potty trips. If you are traveling to or through Mt Pleasant, do yourself a favor and stay here--you won't regret it!
