"Great customer service, clean & reasonable"

Stayed one night in June and was a good stay. Thanks to Chelesa at front desk for her help at check in and fixing a minor issue with the room. She gave excellent customer service and truly was interested in solving the minor issue. Wish all could be as good!
Room was clean, spacious, air conditioning worked fine, property has indoor pool, relatively new property. Located at end of town and easy to get into town. Chelsea gave map with suggested restaurants when we asked but we were tired and stayed in that night.
Breakfast was good, typical La Quinta fare but not bad. Parking good and property is safe for pets. Good grass area next to hotel.
Will stay here again, not a bad choice/alternative for staying when going to the Canton Trade Day show!
We stayed here for a two months and a half on 2012 and a little over two months this year and we have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, from housekeeping ladies to front desk and management (I can name all of them but I won't) Great accommodations and even better staff. They took care of our every need and treated us like family... Tuesday night appreciation snacks, cookies in the evening, coffee all day... Thank you so much for making us feel at home even away from home!
The people are very professional, nice and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rates were very competitive; rooms clean. I have stayed at both hotels across the street and this one surpasses both with flying colors. Pets are permitted too.

We like to visit different areas of Texas but we like the small towns the best so we messed around Canton and Tyler but stayed in Jacksonville and really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again thank you very much!!!
"Newer hotel, nice employees, average accommodations"

This is one of the nicest and newest hotels in Jacksonville. Good location. Front desk employee at check in was very nice and check-in was quick and painless. Lobby was very nice. Great cookies in the evening and coffee available all day. Breakfast was typical La Quinta fare and was sufficient. The elevator was slow and made a lot of noise. I was surprised since the hotel is not very old. Also, even though our room was not closest to the street, we heard street traffic all the time. We also could hear people in the hall all night long and could hear doors opening and closing (even with the a/c fan running). Hotel was not crowded so I can only imagine how much noise there is when it is full. Bed was comfortable but creaked every time you moved.
