I love this hotel....... Im jus hopin dat I can keep goin to the room so i can earn my rewards. the rooms were clean.... I wanted to stay for a week but da nightly value is jus too High..... ima keep goin bacc. I enjoyed my over night stay..
This is a great hotel. Looks brand new. Very large rooms with excellent desk and wireless internet. Starbucks coffee and snacks, hot breakfast, simple workout room and great staff. Highly recommend. Also, a ton of places to eat within a mile radius.

I though the hotel was decent.
My first impression was it was a dive, but after getting settled in my room, relaxing and really taking a good look the hotel is in great shape with really nice up keep.
The cleaning staff does an ok job on the rooms but constantly leave the halls and more so the elevators on bad shape. I just think their lazy and the manager doesn't make them follow though.
Breakfast was average at best.
The desk staff did their job but seemed to have a bad attitude about doing it.
I am so glad we found this hotel for times when we need to stay on west side of Houston. It is very new, beautiful, well run with friendly staff. Pricing is comparable to others in the area.
The location is great: just outside Belt 8, a block off Westheimer, and maybe a mile from I-10 W. It is situated a block off Westheimer and near condos/apartments, so there is no traffic noise.
Pets are allowed, and they make guests with animals feel very welcome. There are ample areas for pets to go for a walk.
A good complimentary breakfast with Starbuck's coffee. They even have a "Happy Hour," during the week with complimentary, including beer, wine and snacks. The dining room is large.
The pool is good sized as is the hot tub.
The only problem I found is that, when we stayed in the 2-bed rooms, the air conditioner blew toward the desk and chair that were not far away.
It's been a long time since I've been so impressed with a chain hotel!
Stayed one night for business. Looks new, nice desk staff. Very comfortable bed. 3 floors. No restaurant but for the price an incredible buy. Behind fadi's restaurant off westheimer. Free breakfast had a cool Starbucks coffee. Machine. Have Never seen one before.
