Stayed by the pool close to our parking spot. Best value and most comfort this trip. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were well maintained. Everything was great. No additional charge for our pet. Good restaurants close by. Slightly off the main highway but for the value and comfort, we will gladly make a slight detour. I stayed at 6 hotels this trip and are finding La Quintas the best value and reasonably high standards. There pet policies are excellent.
The location of this hotel made it easy to get to from the airport, and with it's location in the northern part of Albuquerque just off Route 25, it was easy to get to the Balloon Museum and Balloon Festival field, and to the Sandia Tram. The room was clean, the price was quite reasonable and the free breakfast was great -- waffles, cereal (both hot and cold), muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, etc. And even though it was close to a major highway, we never heard a sound. Although there was no restaurant actually attached, there is a Denny's right next door and a Cracker Barrel across the street, as well as room service available for lunch and dinner. We liked it enough that after traveling through the state for a week, and returned to the same hotel for our last night. We would certainly stay there again!
Had a few minor issues when I checked in and the hotel staff took care of everything immediately. They were all very friendly and accommodating. I have rebooked and look forward to my next stay in Albuquerque!
We arrived earlier than 3pm and was given a room right away. The view of the mountains was awesome. This was our first time to Alburquerque and had a great time. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Denny's that this located in the parking lot great. Very friendly staff and Jeno our waiter remember us the next day when we returned for breakfast.
Very affordable usually means "you get what you paid for", but these beds were really comfortable and well worth the affordable price! Slept great! Convenient to I25 and in a safe neighborhood. The only thing we were really lacking were enough plugs to plug in all the devices to charge!
