A La Quinta traveler |
My wife me and my son stayed 2 nights there and were always greeted with the highest courtesy. The room was big and very clean. Had all that was needed. A fridge microwave and TV. Bathroom was very clean as well with a lot of room. Had a nice pool and hot tub we got to use as well. We will be staying there again if we travel back that way!
My husband and I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express, but decided this trip to try La Quinta. What a disappointment! Our bed, which was advertised to be pillow top, was not, and was too hard to sleep comfortably. Next morning, the breakfast room was extremely crowded and the food was scarce. We skipped the breakfast to go down the road to eat at a wonderful restaurant. Next visit, we'll stay at the Holiday Inn Express again!!!
Nice clean and big rooms, great price can't beat that and nice staff, really excellent pool my kids loved that , staff was so helpful , they gave us really quite room, there hot breakfast was good, clean lobby, my kids had really good time and they didn't want to go back
W had four rooms at this hotel and each one gave use exactly what we needed or requested when we made the reservations. Would have had two more if the hotel had not been booked... Thanks for a great stay.
This La Quinta sits above Glen Rose and looks out over the Texas hills. The security lights actually shine down onto the parking lot and not in the windows. The indoor pool\ spa area was large and well maintained, and unlike in many LQ's, we were able to swim early in the morning (before the usual 9:00 or 10:00).
