Checked in and found bathroom smell bad. Room wasn't cleaned well. Carpet was dirty and even after repeated vacuum would leave dirt on your feet. Manager reluctantly changed the room and now Air conditioning unit was acting up. First bad experience with Laquinta inn not worth spending $100 per night

We stayed there in February before our flight - the weather was horrendous and we were so happy to get there. We found a liquor store and a grocery store very close and ordered a pizza - had a few drinks. We found the breakfast nice - and the airport shuttle was great. We stayed there after our flight home as we got in very late. We intend on flying again next February and intend to book here again.

We stayed here twice, both going and coming from New England. Both times our room was spotless, comfortable quiet and convenient for us as we travel with our dog. We requested a room on the first floor and had one both times. We appreciated the freshly baked cookies in the evening and hot coffee at all times. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The staff were courteous and accommodating. We lost our computer mouse - it fell out of our storage case as we were leaving. Upon arriving home and discovering that the mouse was missing, I called the motel and they had found it. I requested that they send it to me and charge my credit card for the postage, which they did. I appreciate their attention to this matter and thank the staff for their handling of this in a timely manner. All in all, it's a great motel and I highly recommend it.

Overall, we were very happy with this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We had a large jet tub in the room for a $20 upgrade. Parking was no problem, and we liked the Williamsville area. We were only about 35 minutes from Niagara Falls. The breakfast variety was good but they were out of some items and the second day the eggs were cold and needed to be heated in the microwave. But there was always coffee available and it was the good stuff. And they had real half-and-half and real butter instead of the cheap chemical non-dairy stuff.

Nothing about this place is amazing. But if you expect a fairly bare-bones 2* and you get a good price for it, you'll be fine here. It was close to the airport but not too close and seemingly not on a flight path (or not one used while we were there): we didn't hear a single plane. Easy access from highways (I-90 and I-290/190) and close to a decent little neighbourhood with shops and cafes (Williamsville) - about 5 mins away by car. Above average side-of-the-road motel for sure. Wouldn't have come across it except through TripAdvisor.
