The room was semi-dirty. After the first night stay we were left without extra toilet paper (ran out in the a.m.), only 2 towels for a 3 person room, took the bath mat, didn't leave one...pretty much all suppies not replenished. After the second night we went out in the morning and returned at 9:30 pm to an uncleaned room. The staff both that night and in the morning very sweetly defended the staff and said we told the housekeeper in the hall not to clean our room....and also we left a DND sign on the door......no...! We are here for a week for graduation. We were price gouged due to graduation and had to pre-pay $169.00/night for a $87./night room. We'll see how the rest of our stay goes.
I cannot recommend this hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay here. We enjoyed the availability of having the hot tub opened into the later part of the evening. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Loved the yummy choices for breakfast too!
We've stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Also great value. Our kids live in Ft. Collins and we will continue to stay at this hotel when we visit.
I stayed here and although I had heard some bad things about the area, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor in a king sized bed. The room was clean, comfortable and had great atmosphere. And I will say, I am a pretty picky traveler who analyzes everything. I found minimal flaws. There is a pool and hot tub, which I did not use sadly due to lack of swimwear, but it looked pretty good.
Although breakfast was the typical, standard breakfast that most places serve, it was still pretty good food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I have stayed here for years. Adequate parking for an older facility but remolded when La Qunita took over several years ago. Reasonable rates and good breakfast.
Recently staffing and friendliness of the front desk has slipped and they do not seem to know their customers like they did. I do not feel as welcome as I did for years.
Good location to move up and won I-25 to access points in Fort Collins.
