Chose this hotel because it is convenient to our son's house...he didn't have room for us with the new baby. :) The staff was wonderful from the time we made our reservation until we checked out. The hotel was spotless and the room was lovely and comfortable. Will be staying here our next trip to town for sure! Also, they have a great place to walk the dogs!
My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple of times already and plan to stay again next time we visit Madison. Staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than 3 years old.
I can honestly say that every staff member treated my wife and I with a warm welcome everyday during our six week stay. From breakfast in the mornings to the services and amenities provided by the hotel. This environment provided a safe and secure place for my wife and our little Yorkie. What more could we have asked for. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff who made this possible.
Staff was extra friendly. Stayed two nights and found me a new place to stay when I work Huntsville. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great location and found a great walking/jogging area. Felt very safe.

Nice place to stay. Very clean, good location. Less than five years old. The rooms were nice and clean. Service was slow at check in, but other than that everything else was good. I have never had to write a review where it has to be a least two hundred word or you can not submit your review. Please understand that reviews should be short and sweet. And with my busy schedule I don?t have time to write a 200 word review which is totally uncalled for. I have already answered your questions about the location, my stay, and your staff. So what else would you like me to say? Because at this point I am rating this survey as TERRIBLE that a person would have to write a 200 word review! Before I am allowed to submit my input. Please change this because I am sure that I am not the only one that feels this way. I am not sure how many people complete your survey, but I am sure some are like me and just leave the sight, because of our busy schedules. Once again this is the only thing that I would rate TERRIBLE is this 200 word essay/review for hotel!
