Great front desk service by a very helpful and friendly clerk. He spoke every time someone passed through the lobby. Helped me to obtain a room for a second day, even with the property being "sold out". Remainder of the staff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and furnishings.
I booked three rooms for my family. We got there and they were busy. We waited 20 minutes. Monica checked us in and my parents had to move three times as the rooms were still dirty. There was other guest coming to the front desk saying there rooms were not done. She said there was computer issues and even though it was 5:00 the housekeepers were still cleaning rooms around us. I had asked for a better explanation ans she said they were short on help. Our reservations was end of feb. for two days we checked out next day and went to a better hotel
Since there were no room on the base, I stayed here. It was a great location near the airport and the base. I would visit again and look forward to doing so. The check in team was first rate and made the stay a pleasure.
Stayed here on a cross-country road trip with my cat. Chose this location as it seemed newer/nicer than other LQ in town and it was a good choice. A few minutes off of the interstate but worth the short drive. Actually arrived a bit before check in time but they had my room ready. Got unloaded and couldn't find the TV remote anywhere. They quickly replaced it and all was well. Had dinner delivered (they have menus at the front desk - this was very helpful as there wasn't anything within easy walking distance and I didn't want to leave the cat alone for very long. Breakfast crew was very friendly the next morning, eager to help and make sure I had everything I needed. A nice updated property - recommended!
Solid average hotel in Abilene. No frills. Customer service was excellent. Wonderful greeting from the gentleman running the desk at night as well as the lady working there the next morning. Breakfast service staff were attentive and on top of things. Just average.
