This is a very clean and respectful hotel the staff is wonderful the rooms are nice and very well kept. They have a good breakfast I have stayed here for almost 3 months and have traveled all over the US this has been the best stay I have had in my means of travel
Nice clean hotel and rooms, plenty of hot water and good shower, beds are comfy and plenty of pillows, but be forwarned, LOTS of unsupervised, noisy, children stay here.
Hotel staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, but better plan on eating breakfast elsewhere (there are LOTS of nearby restaurants and stores!) unless you're not too picky.
Price was a little high on Saturday nights, but the rest of the week is reasonable...
Over all a nice, clean, comfortable hotel to stay in!
We stayed one night at this La Quinta on a busy Saturday in Waxahachie. We were told that it was the second night in a row that they were booked to capacity. Despite booking a few weeks in advance, we still paid an elevated rate for the room (If I recall correctly it was around $110).
The staff seemed helpful, but we did encounter one inconvenience:
We checked in around 4:45 (check-in is listed as 3:00) to get ready for an evening wedding and had to wait in the lobby for our room to be ready. It wasn't a huge delay, but we were on a time crunch and it added a little stress to the afternoon.
The room was nice, large, and well-furnished, although it was obvious by the smell that it was a smoking room. I didn't visit the breakfast myself, but I was brought a banana and a cup of coffee by my girlfriend and she had good things to say about the selection.
All-in-all it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider this hotel again, especially if the rates were a little lower and the hotel wasn't as busy.

This was a last-minute reservation, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Highly recommend this place! It's close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and it's a easy access on and off the major highways.
Stayed here overnight for a business gathering. It was at a time were the town was very busy with local events, in fact the hotel was extremely booked. While checking in problems with the online reservation system became evident, however, the staff fixed mine and my traveling companions issues with ease and great service. They were also excellent at providing directions to those not used to the oddities of the local highway interchange there in Waxahachie. The room was clean, and surprisingly quiet given the large numbers of guests. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in that part of Texas.
