This hotel may promote that they're pet friendly, but the staff certainly is NOT! I would recommend staying at one of the La Quintas located in Orem. We decided to only stay one night and transfer to the one in Orem.. glad we did!! Also, the room is a bit outdated & there's no elevator in the building, which makes for hauling luggage a hassle.
Just needed a comfortable overnight stay and this place fit the bill. We actually had a handicapped equipped room so the bathroom was a bit different but no worries. Bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfast was great in the morning. Very clean. Only negative was the vent in the bathroom seemed to go right into the next room and we could hear their conversations quite easily. Made us want to be quiet! Could have been awkward if you know what I mean.
Very easy access off the highway. Also a shopping mall across the street. We had two dogs so having the room located by an exterior door was very convenient. There is also a restaurant attached. Being a Friday night it was very busy so we opted to have the prime rib delivered to the room. It arrived in 20 minutes and was delicious!!
Next morning the hotel breakfast in the lobby was packed with a tour group - or two. I have to commend the woman filling the bacon, eggs, etc. She kept everything filled as well as clean up and get the furniture back place. She did a super job!
On a trip to Las Vegas, we stopped in for one night here. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. The pool was under construction when we were there, but they were very accomodating and sent us to their other property across the street which was very nice. There are plenty of restaurants close by and this is easy access off I-15. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave which is convenient.
Our family took a spring break trip and stayed in three different hotels. This was a great hotel by many standards. This hotel was clean and comfortable. The fitness room had well maintained equipment, towels, water, and TV. The pool is only available during the warm summer months as it is outside. The breakfast is complete with a breakfast meat (bacon or sausage) scrambled eggs, pastries, bagels, self-made waffles, cereal, fruit, juices and milk. Location is walking distance to a mall, banking, food and a transportation hub. The staff was friendly and acknowledged you as you got near. The reservations were secured online and were accurate. The lobby was clean and well appointed. Meeting rooms were available if you had a need for one. Good pricing made it a good value too.
