This hotel is the most best hotel it is very clean and neat the rooms are addorible and stylish and the outdoor pool is heated at good for kids and adults the location is perfect because around Is gas stations mc.donalds white casel is right behind it. There's a Ducan donats and a subway.the service is amazing it has room service and elevators the peaple there are so nice and also from 6-9 in the morning there is breakfast whitch is everything waffles yogurt cerise apple juice bread toast coffee and mutch more. It's very good for there cheap price sits wayyyyy bigger then in the picture it's 3 floors and has non smokeing and smokeing rooms everyone should stay there :)

I rarely write bad reviews but this hotel needs one. The hotel was nice and clean, nothing wrong with that at all. The purpose of this review is the for the poor level of service. The front desk employees at night was very rude ( hanging up the phone on you, attitude, etc). The hotel offers free shuttle services up to 1:00 am. We arrived at the pick up site at 12:30 am come to find out the shuttles was done for the day. We end up getting a taxi there costing us $30. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk was completely deserted. The next morning we went down to the breakfast area at 6:00 am since our flight was early to find that the same employee from the night before did not coordinate with the kitchen for the breakfast. We asked her why it wasn't set up and her responds was that she didn't have time. The shuttle was a 16 passenger van. If you plan on using it, get in front of the line. My shuttle had to leave 2 people behind just because there wasn't anymore room. After we got back, we contacted the manager, he looked into the shuttle logs by the drivers and the breakfast situation. He was nice enough to reimburse us the money for the cab and trouble with breakfast.

I have stayed at this particular Hotel for at least 15 years to great satisfaction.. However, despite beautiful renovations I was surprised at the below par service.. I stayed 2 days and had a wake-up call both days WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN!! I woke on my own past the required wake-up call requested.. Also, cleaning personnel ENTERED MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING and didn't offer an apology.. Also, the female front desk clerk was rude and offered crude remarks showing no respect to me as a guest.. I am not comfortable with returning there again because of this poor service and the obvious attitude problem of the employees..

Checked into room for business trip. In my travels I have found many extremes from great to terrible with LaQuintas. This location as gone through renovations. In my opinion with over 100 nights in a hotel last year the renovations have missed many areas. First my Non Smoking room was very smokey even the hall way reeked. Front desk assured me that the entire floor was non smoking NOT. He almost came off as arguing with me about it being non smoking. The room I did get had 2 doublr beds I felt I was being punished for wanting a non smoking room. The toilet when flushed would not stop running. Had to reach man hand into the tank to place the flapper to shut the water off. Floors just don't seem clean. The window is actually broken and has scotch tape over the break. The door needs to be shut hard as it does not close properly. Many areas of the hall ways look rough and banged up. Went next door for dinner upon return tried to enter the side entrance and my room key would not open the door. My business assoc tried his and it did not work either. Went to a different entrance and the door was jammed and hard to open. Have yet to try the shower will find out in the morning.

got good corporate discount from my company and city hotels were more than twice as much. shuttle was 1/2 hour late (due to severe flooding earlier in the day). HOWEVER, the front desk could have told me that instead of saying that it would arrive @ 10:15 (while waiting in freezing cold) .. Lobby was under construction . (website made no mention).. room was staring right at the highway.. ask for a room (odd #) not facing the steady drone of traffic.. the 2nd night i asked for a new room.. guy ended up putting me on same floor with same, traffic (sound) issue..so i just stayed where i was.. (clerk didn't know ??) breakfast was decent.. one day they ran out of yogurt/next day milk.. 2nd day shuttle.. was 45 minutes late picking up at the airport. clerk said it'll arrive at 6:15 pm.. when i called at 6:35pm he called driver and was told driver had another 20 minutes before he'd arrive.. couldn't i be told that so i wasn't standing outside for 45 minutes?. When I checked out i wanted to print my boarding pass.. i was in the lobby 1/2 hour early. the one computer was occupied the entire time.. BY THE SHUTTLE DRIVER!! room was comfortable and there's a mcdonalds/subway/dunkin donuts and white castle a minute walk away.. if your can put up with the delays in the shuttle/the lobby under construction (which should make it look nicer) and some out of stocks for breakfast and you can get a good rate.. go for it..
