A La Quinta traveler |
For the price this hotel was surprisingly clean and neat, I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it, you can't find a better deal than this. Rooms were big and clean, the bed sheets and towels were super clean and new looking, bathroom is spacious and I was very surprised at how clean and fresh the carpet looked! Besides this is a non-smoking hotel which is superb.
Stayed here because my son had a track meet all weekend in Cerritos. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The free breakfast was more than enough. It was conveniently located near places to eat, shopping, and entertainment.
Staying here the 8 to 10 miles is well worth the trip to Long Beach before we headed to the Island the the next morning. A Bonus is the Zen Buffet a mile away from the hotel which is an excellent Asian Buffet. And the hotel offers one of the BEST Breakfast buffets ever. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and easy access to freeways back to Long Beach!!
For this weary business traveler this hotel and present minded staff certainly make life easier. KC at the front desk was so professional and friendly. When I requested a certain floor and side she was completely accomodating. She has a bright future in the hotel industry.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and is in a good location. There is an excellent choice of satellite channels too. I will definitely stay here again.

Hirma, the cleaning lady, found it, informed her supervisor and turned it in.
The Hotel staff called me a few hours later to inform me.
The staff were very helpful and professional. Hirma's honesty overhwlms me and fills me with gratitude for her honesty & integrity.
So many times we hear negative stories of hotel staff's wrongdoings and rudeness.
THIS IS NOT SO at the La Quinta Hawaiin Gardens, CA.
I cannot thank your staff enough for their service & commitment to making the correct decisions and taking the correct action with lost property.
