I really enjoyed staying there, i was staying there 3 or 4 times a month. They make you feel at home! Excellent team working in lobby and housekeepers do their job well done.. Its great coming to a business where they call you by your name and welcome you for coming in. If i ever left anything behind, they would save it there until my next time. I stayed in 3 or 4 other hotels around there but they don't compare to La Quinta Inn!

Hotel is close to US Consulate in Juarez. It "feels" like one of the safer areas in the city, but that's just a feeling. The hotel does have security fencing around the perimeter and 24 hour guarded entrance. I am American who comes to Juarez a couple weeks per month. I previously was staying on US side but the border crossing was costing me time I could be working, so I decided to stay in Juarez. This has worked out great for me. The hotel has a shuttle and they will take you anywhere within reasonable driving distance and pick you up when you call. I rated this a 4 for location only because you can't really walk to anything despite everything being within 1 mile, eg the mall, Walmart, plenty of stores and restaurants. Everything else rates a 5.
With my BrightNow rewards my 10 day stay averaged less than $50 per night. Sure, you could be more upscale, but for the money you won't beat this value. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful and hotel is super clean.
Includes breakfast and WiFi that works throughout.

I really liked the room, the breakfast and the excellent service from all the people.
I received the best service for a week from drivers on the daily move from la Quinta to the consulate area and other places like walmart also to the airport .
We stayed there 11 nights; and, although I am glad to leave Ciudad Juarez, and be back home --- I ABSOLUTELY MISS these people (the La Quinta Staff). We had business to transact at the Consulate, Ciudad Juarez. SECURITY: 100%!!! They have full time guards; the guards are formidable; yet very personable toward guests. CLEANLINESS: 100%!!! What can I say? HOSPITALLITY: With the exception of "one" desk clerk and one "Trasporte" driver, ALL the staff were very courteous, knowledable, and only too eager to help. My favorite is "Gustavo." He is personable, and willing to GO OUT OF HIS WAY (like personally escoring you somewhere important) to make sure things work out for you. Moreover, even the two "less congenial" emplyees were very professional and COMPETENT at their jobs. AMMENITIES: "Continental" breakfeast is of "Global" class; hot, flavorful, healthy, nutritious, etc., etc. TRANSPORTATION: Two different drivers, operating a hotel van. They will take you to all consulate business --- medical exam, Apllicant Service Center, and Consulate appointments (they wil also take you to DHL, Wal-Mart, S-Mart, etc. ----AT NO CHARGE. One driver is very personable; the other is "matter-of-fact." BOTH wil get you to where you need to go; and, both have extensive knowlege about the "immigrant visa" process, and they are eager to share it; just ask. MY ADVISE/RECOMMENDATION: Book there!!! They are the absolute best, I miss them.
Nice stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ( breakfast was good, very clean room, free shuttle, and staff were very helpful and friendly! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you.
