A La Quinta traveler |
My family and I stayed twice at this hotel during the first few months of 2013. The employees were very helpful and nice. One of the workers even joked around with my 8 year old every time he saw him. The rooms were very clean and the hotel all around seemed very clean. The only negative was that the floors very slippery and it seems like they should put rugs were you enter from the pool area. The bright side breakfast was ok but nothing to wake up early for. The front desk clerk (Cruz) was very nice and called us a taxi to take us to the El Paso airport. Cruz said that the driver would charge $60.00.
Well, the driver charged $85.00.
This is a great hotel gated with 24hr guard. The staff are great and verry helpfull.
They have transportation to many places at no charge. The pool is great and lobby nice and clean. The only thing needs more investment is the gym machines not working and of cheap quality. I loved my stay i was with all my family in a suite great room.
I really enjoyed staying there, i was staying there 3 or 4 times a month. They make you feel at home! Excellent team working in lobby and housekeepers do their job well done.. Its great coming to a business where they call you by your name and welcome you for coming in. If i ever left anything behind, they would save it there until my next time. I stayed in 3 or 4 other hotels around there but they don't compare to La Quinta Inn!

Hotel is close to US Consulate in Juarez. It "feels" like one of the safer areas in the city, but that's just a feeling. The hotel does have security fencing around the perimeter and 24 hour guarded entrance. I am American who comes to Juarez a couple weeks per month. I previously was staying on US side but the border crossing was costing me time I could be working, so I decided to stay in Juarez. This has worked out great for me. The hotel has a shuttle and they will take you anywhere within reasonable driving distance and pick you up when you call. I rated this a 4 for location only because you can't really walk to anything despite everything being within 1 mile, eg the mall, Walmart, plenty of stores and restaurants. Everything else rates a 5.
With my BrightNow rewards my 10 day stay averaged less than $50 per night. Sure, you could be more upscale, but for the money you won't beat this value. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful and hotel is super clean.
Includes breakfast and WiFi that works throughout.

I really liked the room, the breakfast and the excellent service from all the people.
I received the best service for a week from drivers on the daily move from la Quinta to the consulate area and other places like walmart also to the airport .
