A La Quinta traveler |
Were attending a program at Tulsa University and found this hotel convenient, clean, and comfortable. There was several restaurants nearby as well as a shopping mall. We travel with a small dog and she liked it too! They had a special green area for pets complete with doggie pick up bags and it was close to the back door.
This is the first time in a very long time that I have rated a hotel with a perfect score. I spend many nights throughout the year at hotels and this one is at the top of my list. I chose this location due to the excellent ratings that I saw and was very happy to experience first hand that those ratings were true!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the reason they're getting three instead of four is all the things wrong this weekend. The wi-fi wasn't working the first night. The elevator was down one morning. Out of coffee one night when I tried to get more for the room. It's unfortunate because the staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping. Note that all these things were fixed pretty quickly so that's a plus for them. Location was fantastic - right off the highway, surrounding by conveniences. Maybe it was just an anomaly. I'd stay here again.
the front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms appeared to have been remodeled the past couple of years. Very comfortable bed and linens. Location worked well for us but not close to downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby. This was our first time to stay at this hotel and we'll probably stay there again if we have another trip to Tulsa.
Our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were accommodating though somewhat small. The location was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here when I have a return trip to Tulsa!
