A La Quinta traveler |
Always stop here in late April and early October on my way to a 4 day golf outing at Hard Labor Creek with a group of high school classmates from Atlanta.The accomodations are a great value,very close to I-20 and good restuarants.Everything is always clean ,quiet and the personnel friendly.I would recommend this facility highly.
Disappointed by this stay. I'm a usual La Quinta client and was disappointed by the low quality of this hotel. The room was not clean and smaller than usually. Service was ok, that was the positive thing of the week-end. We stay at la Quinta because we travel with a dog. Not sure if I'll choose the same hotel for my next stay in Augusta.
Stayed over night on our way back home from Florida vacation. Booked room ahead of time based on the reviews here and we were pretty disappointed. We stay at LaQuinta Inns because they allow us to have our dogs stay with us (without extra cost) and this was the worst Inn we stayed at....by far! The rooms were in need of some major cleaning! We even questioned if the linens and towels had been cleaned! The toilet seat was broken, there were holes in the bed spread, the desk chair was dirty and the dog walking area was unkept (still dont understand why people dont pick up after their own dogs)!! We didn't stay for the breakfast....there was Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks right in the same parking lot. We stayed at 3 different LaQuinta Inns on our trip and this was well below the standards of the other 2.......by far!! Guess you get what you pay for.....less than $60.00.....should have paid more for somewhere else!!
We had a nice stay. Only downfall was they no longer use trashbags?!? When staying with a family and a baby in diapers trash bags are a necessity. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Also shares a parking lot with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Can't get much more convenient than that!
This hotel is disappointing. with just a little TLC the and not much money , it could be good. The breakfast is the issue. I was there for 3 nights, and there was no fruit. They only had sweet and low. The only milk was 2%. And there was only coffee for breakfast. The hotel is older, but for a single guy traveling on business not bad. The coffee was not very hot. I'll probably go back, but I'll bring my own, splenda, and fruit.
