La Quinta is our usual choice for hotels but this one was surprising compared to most. It is run down and needs improvements. Sketchy people were in the back parking lot. People in the room next to us had their window open to air out the pot smoke from their room. Trash on the sidewalks. Wouldn't stay here again.
The staff was awesome! Went out of there way to smile. Only con I have would be the exterior could use some attention. Painting and the pool area was nice but needs power washed and furniture was broken.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! I was worried after reading other comments about the hotels cleanliness. But our room was SPOTLESS and very cozy. And the front desk woman helped us check in early so that we could get to the wedding we were in town for. And as always: I love that pets stay FREE! Great value here!
Older hotel. Needs work. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was cramped. Air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged muffins and bagels. Coffee, juice.
I found out later that they don't have a kitchen.
Not horrible, just not great.
Stayed here on business for a week. Hotel is ideally placed on Washington Road. Service was good, rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a little sparse, but to be honest was expected. Value for money was excellent. For a budget hotel, this was very good indeed and I would most definitely stay here again in the future.
